The Idaho Public Health Association--in conjunction with the Department of Community and Environmental Health at Boise State University--is hosting the following public forum: "Health Reform in Idaho: A Panel Discussion on the Impact of the Affordable Care Act on Idahoans."

The forum will be held in from 7-8 p.m. on April 16, in the Simplot Ballroom in the Boise State University Student Union Building.  The forum is open to the public free of charge.  Although registration is not required, if you plan to attend we encourage you to  register below to assure adequate seating.

Susan M.R. Johnson is the Director for Region X of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.  Director Johnson's biography is available here

Moderator
Jim Girvan, PhD, MPH is a professor emeritus in Community and Environmental Health at Boise State University.  In 2010, he retired as Dean of the College of Health Science at Boise State University.
