Geriatrics: Caring for Our Aging Population
The Idaho WWAMI Medical Education Program is offering a series of evening lectures during February for the general public focused on the theme Geriatrics-Caring for our Aging Population.
Currently 10,000 people turn age 65 each day in the United States. According to the Department of Health & Human Services, Administration on Aging, Idaho’s, 60+ population has increased 43% between 2000-2010.
